We feel by doing this keeps them accumulated to Our program(s) “L.I.T.” In which we, the staff provide a bridge to help the YOUTH connect THE DOTS… and out the streets..

Leadership in Training Mentorship Program
Offering a comprehensive mentorship program designed to support youth in the classroom.
Entrepreneurship
We aim to play our part in providing support to youth who have been incarcerated to help them integrate into the community successfully with care and support by putting them to work to earn wages and learn how manage money.
MENTORSHIP
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning and get guidance from mentors who look like them who can relate and understand them.
